Global Speech Therapy
We strive to provide high quality, evidence based services that leave clients and their families empowered and seeing progress. We are dedicated to providing the best care for our clients, our passion drives us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients through our tailored therapy programs. Services include evaluations, individual therapy and group sessions.
Speech language therapy is hard work, but we aim to keep sessions fun, functional and motivating. Our approach is child and family centered with strategies and intervention embedded in routine-based coaching and play based therapy for children.
Meet Pam
Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist
Global Speech therapy
Pamela Block, the founder of Global Speech Therapy, is nationally certified in Speech-Language Pathology by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in the State of New Jersey. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College majoring in Teacher of Speech and Hearing, and a Master of Arts degree in speech-language pathology from New York University. She has additional training working with early intervention, preschool and elementary age clients as well as adults with brain injuries, swallowing disorders and foreign accent reduction. She has over 25 years experience working as a speech-language pathologist and has worked with clients with various speech and communication issues at Hackensack Meridian, Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, New Jersey early intervention and private practice. She consults regularly with various preschools and daycares throughout Essex, Morris and Union counties.
